FISH FILLETS AU GRATIN 
1 lb. fish fillets
2/3 c. condensed soup, celery, mushroom or asparagus
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange fish in buttered baking dish. Combine soup and milk. Heat. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Makes 2-3 servings.
