GRILLED CHICKEN WITH DILL SAUCE | |
8 boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. pepper Grape clusters Sm. yellow squash Orange slices Parsley sprigs Dill Sauce Brush chicken with butter; sprinkle with pepper. Place chicken on grill over medium coals. Cover and grill 5 to 8 minutes on each side, basting frequently with melted butter. Garnish with grapes, yellow squash, orange slices and parsley sprigs. Serve with Dill Sauce. Yield: 8 servings. DILL SAUCE: 2 c. commercial sour cream 2 tbsp. dried whole dillweed 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Yield: 2 cups. |
