SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 2 pkgs. Lipton chicken noodle soup 1 sm. onion 1 sm. bell pepper 1 rib celery 1/2 c. raw rice 1/2 c. sliced almonds Brown sausage in fry pan. Cook soup in 4 1/2 cup water for 7 minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped pepper and chopped celery to soup. Drain sausage and add to soup along with the rice and almonds. Bake in a covered casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
