DELUXE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell

In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs slightly. Beat in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degree oven for 55-65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
