GROUND BEEF & CABBAGE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 head cabbage, cut up
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef, onion and pepper in skillet with salt. Drain. Layer in 2 1/2 quart casserole with cabbage. Top with tomato soup and cook covered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
