QUICK HAMBURGER CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper if desired

Crumble hamburger in skillet and cook until done. Drain off grease. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces and add to ground beef in skillet. Add salt, water, and catsup, cook covered over low heat with lid on. Stir of few times. Cook about 45 minutes or until cabbage is done.
