SPINACH PIE 
1 pkg. chopped spinach
3 eggs
1 lb. phyllo leaves and 2 c. sweet melted butter
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk

Cook spinach; drain. Add cottage cheese and eggs unbeaten and 1/4 cup milk. Lay out in pan 1/2 pound phyllo leaves with melted butter sprinkled between each leaf. Add spinach mixture. Use remaining leaves on top with butter between each leaf. Sprinkle melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top, about 1/2 to 1 hour.
