ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
4 1/2 lbs. chicken, cooked, skinned, boned, and cut fine
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt, pepper, and a little sage

Mix altogether and bake in a greased casserole or flat pan. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
