MOM'S ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 qt. cooked, cubed chicken
1 qt. broth
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. fat (butter)

DRESSING:

1 1/2 qts. bread cubes
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. sage
1/4 c. broth
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. diced onion

Prepare gravy by heating fat, stirring in flour and then adding broth. Mix dressing with a fork. Put chicken in 9"x13" pan. Cover with dressing and pour gravy over top. Bake until brown at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
