ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken (or turkey)
2 c. gravy
Buttered croutons
Poultry seasoning

Mix chicken, gravy and croutons, and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Bake in greased casserole for about 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. This is a good recipe for left over chicken or turkey.
