ESCALLOPED CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 1/3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. blanched almonds
1/3 can pimentos
1/3 c. mushrooms
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper

Make gravy by using remaining broth, milk and thickening with butter and flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Put layer of rice and then layer of chicken and generous amount of gravy. Dot with pimiento, almonds, and mushrooms fried in butter. Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven.
