CHICKEN & BROCCOLI SUPREME 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or curry powder
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned, cooked
3/4 c. bite size crispy rice squares
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained

Combine mayonnaise, flour and poultry seasoning; gradually add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted. Place broccoli in 10"x6" baking dish. Cover with chicken and sauce, top with crispy rice squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Makes 4 servings.
