PUMPKIN MOUSSE 
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen dessert whipped topping (thawed)
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix pudding and milk. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin spice. Fold in whipped topping.

My recipe is similar: 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding,1 can milnot, 1 can pumpkin (not pie mix), 8 oz. carton cool whip, pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg and cinnamon or allspice, to taste, shot of vanilla extact if you want. Stir all ingredients then fold in cool whip and refridgerate and cover. Should set in 2-3 hours or do overnight.
