GAZPACHO 
1 clove garlic, peeled
4 ripe tomatoes, cut into eights
1/2 green pepper, peeled and sliced
1 slim cucumber, peeled and coarsely cut
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. ice water

Put all ingredients into blender - in the order listed. Cover and blend on high speed 5 to 10 seconds, or until ingredients are finely chopped. Chill thoroughly, then pour into serving bowls. Serve with side dishes of chopped cucumber, green onion, green pepper, peeled ripe tomatoes. For extra flourish garnish with thinly sliced cucumber. Serves 4.
