SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. any type meat (poultry or seafood)
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
Olive oil
1 c. red wine (optional)
3 (28 oz.) cans tomato puree
1 sm. can tomato paste
Salt, pepper, basil, parsley, thyme

In an 8 quart pot, pour enough olive oil to cover bottom generously. Add garlic and 2 pounds of meat (poultry or seafood). Brown. Next add optional wine and saute 5 minutes. Now add your 3 cans of tomato puree. Take one of the cans, fill with water and add to sauce. Next put in tomato paste and fill this can with water and add to sauce. Last add salt, pepper, basil, parsley, and thyme to taste. Let simmer, covered, 2-3 hours. Stir often.
