HEAVENLY APPLE DESSERT 
2 sm pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cold water
2 apples (red), diced
1/2 c. English walnuts, diced
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple, crushed

Mix Jello and hot water. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add cold water. Refrigerate until it thickens - about 1 1/2 hours - then add rest of ingredients and chill until set.

Topping:3/4 c. sugar2 tbsp. lemon juice2 eggs, beaten:

Mix and cook over low heat until it thickens. Cool in refrigerator. Spread on Jello. Then top with Cool Whip.
