PIMIENTO CHEESE 
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. American cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour over cheese, and mash to blending. Add pimientos, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; mix well. Store in refrigerator.
