SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes OR 4 med. boiled fresh potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar frosted flakes
1/2 c. nuts

Blend all ingredients except topping. Bake in 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole about 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Add topping during the last 18 minutes.
