PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Beat eggs into pumpkin. Add sugar and oil beat thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture gradually. Mix well pour into 13x9 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Beat powdered sugar mix well. Ice pumpkin squares when cooled.
