BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. diced bacon, browned and drained
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust, seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, bacon, and mushrooms. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
