BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage
1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and loosely packed
1 c. (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage and drain. Separate rolls, 8 triangles and place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan; press to form crust and seal seams. Sprinkle on sausage, potatoes and cover with cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
