QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef bouillon
1 lg. pkg. frozen vegetables for soup or stew (use one with potatoes in it)

Brown ground beef and drain. Add juice, celery soup, mushroom soup and beef bouillon. Add frozen vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are done. Add 2 to 3 ounces broken up fettucini, if desired.
