STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 lbs. hamburg
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
8 lg. peppers
1 c. instant rice
Seasonings - grated cheese, crazy salt, parsley flakes

Cut peppers in half and parboil in hot water 2 minutes. Remove immediately and cool. Cook rice and cool. Mix hamburg, onion mix, rice and 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce plus seasoning to taste. Stuff peppers and pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
