STEAK SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 c. ground beef (1 lb.)
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. beef stock base (seasoning)
1 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Add flour to make paste. Add 1/2 gallon of water. Saute' ground beef and drain. Boil onion, celery and carrots and add to flour-water mixture. Add frozen mixed vegetables, tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer until vegetables are tender or 2 hours. Salt to taste.
