STEAK SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 gallon water
2 lbs. stew meat
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
2 c. frozen mixed veggies
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. diced potatoes

Add onion, carrot, celery and water with the bouillon and Accent and simmer 1 hour. Melt butter and stir in flour in skillet. Brown meat in it and drain off grease. Add the potatoes and the 3 cups of veggies and water (onions, carrots, and celery) to the meat and flour mix. Mix to a sauce stage and add the remaining ingredients and spices. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours more.
