STEAK SOUP 
1-2 lbs. ground chuck, browned
1 c. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 c. water
12 oz. frozen fiesta vegetables
15 oz. can tomatoes
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
4 c. water
Salt & pepper
Cajun seasoning or chili powder

Saute onion and celery. In pot melt butter and whisk in flour. Add 4 cups water, meat, onion, celery, vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon, 4 cups water and salt and pepper. Cook until it simmers. Add seasoning to taste. Cook 15 minutes or longer.
