PLAZA II STEAK SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin steak
3 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
4 cans beef consomme or bouillon
3 cans water (plus juice from canned tomatoes)
1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
Canned green beans, tomatoes, corn, new potatoes, and whatever
Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Melt butter in Dutch oven on stove. Add liquid; stir until thickened. Add fresh veggies and simmer until tender. Add canned veggies.

The longer it sits, the better the flavors blend.
