PISTACHIO DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. milk
3 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
Cool Whip
Nuts, chopped

Mix crackers and butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Soften ice cream; add pudding and milk and beat together until smooth and thickened. Pour over crumbs in prepared pan. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
