CHILI RELLENO SQUARES | |
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained 3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz.) 4 lg. eggs, beaten Heat oven to 300 degrees. Sprinkle green chilies and cheese evenly in bottom of a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Pour eggs over cheese mixture and bake for 1 hour until firm in center. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool 5 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares. Serve warm or cool. Makes approximately 16 squares. |
