CODDLE 
1 center cut ham slice
1 lb. link sausage
2 lb. potatoes
1 lb. onions
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
Pepper

Cut ham into several pieces, about 6. Prick sausage. Put ham and sausage in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes. Take meat out of pot; reserve liquid.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put meat in baking dish. Peel and slice potatoes and onions and place on top. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Add enough of reserved liquid to cover. Cover pot. Bake 1 hour. Liquid will reduce to half.
