PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
8 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
8 thin onion slices
8 thin lemon slices
8 tbsp. brown sugar
8 tbsp. catsup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim fat from 8 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick. Place chops in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Top each chop with 1 thin onion slice and 1 thin lemon slice. Spoon 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on each chop. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours. Uncover; baste chops and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally to glaze chops. Watch carefully during last 30 minutes. 8 servings.
