PORK CHOP SUPREME 
4 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. catsup

Season pork chops with salt. Place in a large baking pan. Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
