2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tbsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. alum
Food coloring

Combine and cook slowly. Stirring constantly until thick. Knead additional flour until desired consistency. Keep in bag or container to maintain plyableness for up to 2 months.
