Brown 2 pounds of pampered sausage and drain good on paper towels. Lightly toast 6-7 pieces of bread in bottom of oblong cake pan. Lightly grease pan or spray with Pam. Put browned sausage on top of toast, top with 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese shredded; pour egg mixture over this.

EGG MIXTURE:

6 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt, if desired

Combine and pour over cheese, sausage and toast; refrigerate overnight before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
