HAM-CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can Deviled ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Have cheeses at room temperature. Beat together Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended. Beat in deviled ham. Stir in olives and chill. Shape into balls and roll in pecans. This can be made ahead of time and frozen.
