HAM CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can Hormel ham, drained and flaked
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp. minced onion or flakes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot sauce (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with mixer until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours. Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts.
