FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter

Cook 2 cups blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt and water over medium heat until it boils and berries pop and sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Add butter and cool. Stir in remaining 2 cups of berries and pile into baked pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
