VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
1 box (12 oz.) wafers
1 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1/3 c. milk
6 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut

To crushed wafers add sugar to well beaten eggs and fold in together. Add butter and milk, stir well. Add walnuts and coconut. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees F. in preheated oven. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto rack and cool thoroughly. Very moist, ideal for lunches.
