SHRIMP SALAD SPREAD | |
1 can cream of tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheesepkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water Boil soup. Add cheese until it melts. Add gelatin mixture. Cool to room temperature. Add 1/2 cup onion, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1/2 cup celery and 1 large can shrimp (I use the small frozen cooked shrimp). Mix and put in gelatin mold or bowl. Refrigerate until set. Serve with crackers. |
