UNCOOKED SUMMER SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
6 lg. tomatoes
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1 lg. clove garlic
12/14 fresh basil leaves

Skin and chop tomatoes into small pieces. Crush garlic, cut parsley and basil leaves into tiny pieces (garlic, basil & parsley); can be chopped together in food processor. Mix all ingredients together and serve over warm spaghetti or any pasta you desire.
