SHRIMP PATE 
1 (2 oz.) can anchovy fillets
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. dry white wine
4 drops Tabasco
1/2 tbsp. capers
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash and dry anchovies; place in a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until a smooth paste is formed. Adjust seasonings; chill thoroughly and serve on unsalted crackers.
