MARINATED FRESH VEGETABLES 
4 c. cauliflower, sliced
4 c. broccoli, sliced
1 c. sliced ripe olives
2/3 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 jar pimentos, diced
1 jar Cara Mia artichoke hearts
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1/4 - 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, olives, green pepper, pimentos, artichoke hearts, zucchini and mushrooms. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in Tupperware container shaking occasionally.
