SALMON LOAF 
4 lg. can salmon
4 eggs
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 sm. onion plus onion powder & garlic powder
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can onion rings or 3 sm. cans

Drain salmon. Mash and add ingredients. Then beat eggs with 4 tablespoons sour cream and 1 cup of milk. Add 3/4 can of onion rings in mix. Put all in 1 1/2 inch deep Pyrex greased dish 8 x 8 inches. Place 1/4 can of onion rings on top of salmon. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes at the most. Delicious!
