TABOULEH 
3 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried mints OR 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh mints
3/4 c. finely crushed wheat (any Middle Eastern shop)
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt

After you wash the parsley, dry it for a while on a cloth. Just before you serve it, wash the crushed wheat for few times, soak it for 5 minutes, and then squeeze all the excess water by using heads to do so. Mix all ingredients together just before serving. Add olive oil and salt.
