6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, split
Bernstein Light Cheese Fantastico Dressing
Salsa (hotness desired)
Artichoke hearts (either canned, water packed or cooked frozen)

Marinate chicken breasts overnight (or for several hours) in Bernstein Dressing (or similar dressing substitute). Drain off excess and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Add salsa and artichoke hearts. Return to oven and bake additional 20-30 minutes or until done. Easy!
