BREAST OF CHICKEN EDEN ISLE | |
6 lg. chicken breasts, boned 6 slices of bacon Pepper 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 c. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese 1 jar dried beef Do not use any salt Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Half breasts and slices of bacon. Pepper chicken and wrap in bacon. Spray 9"x12" dish with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with dried beef. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover dish lightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Remove foil and bake until slightly brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice. NOTE: Extremely rich and goes far. Serve with simple green vegetable or salad. |
