GLAZED DOUGHNUTS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water

Mix and let stand 5 minutes. 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 6 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs, beaten

Mix and let rise until double. Roll out, cut as desired and let rise again. Deep fat fry and glaze. Glaze made with powdered sugar moistened with boiling water.
