1 round steak
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. sour cream

Prepare stuffing mix following box directions. Pound steak. Salt and pepper to taste. Place stuffing on one end - roll steak and secure with toothpicks. Place in crock pot.

Mix together sour cream and soup. Pour over steak. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours or high 1 hour and low the rest of the day. (Add a can of mushrooms - optional.) Serve on rice.
