ROTINI YOGURT SALAD 
2 c. (16 oz.) plain yogurt
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. (8 oz.) rotini, uncooked
2 c. fresh raw broccoli florets
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Combine yogurt, pickle relish, olives, onion powder, salt and mustard in small bowl; blend well. Chill. Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Cool. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Combine drained rotini, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms in large bowl. Add yogurt mixture; toss lightly until all ingredients are well coated. Chill. 283 calories/serving. Makes 5 servings.
