1 pkg. cornbread mix
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped

Cook cornbread as directed on package. Cool and crumble in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and just enough mayonnaise to make bread hold together.
